Returns

If you have purchased goods from Ross Morgan online and you need to return them, please see our online returns policy below;
– You have 14 days from delivery of the item to return it to us.
– The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a service you can track as we cannot take responsibilty for any goods lost in transit and will not be able to complete the returns process.
– The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
– Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-sellable condition and all tags must be intact.
– We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned to us in a re-sellable condition or are damaged such as make up stains, odours etc.
– If there is an issue with your return Ross Morgan will contact you directly.
– If the item has been purchased online we can offer you an exchange of goods, a credit note or a refund excluding any postage costs. Please allow 7-10 working days for a refund to be processed by our accounts team.
– This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
